My progress isn’t showing on another device

Progress syncs through your own iCloud. Make sure you’re signed in to the same iCloud account on each device, and that iCloud is enabled. Open the app on the other device and give it a moment to sync.

How do the programs work?

Each program offers four independent courses — Statement of Completion, Record of Completion, Advanced Record of Completion, and Record of Participation & Completion. They are independent choices you may take in any order — none is required before another. All learning is free.

What is the printed novelty certificate?

Completing a course earns a free digital record of completion you keep in the app. You can optionally order a printed novelty certificate — a commemorative keepsake mailed to you — for $19 — the same price for every tier. It is a novelty keepsake for personal self-enrichment — not a diploma, degree, academic credit, license, or credential — and StoneBreak Learning is not a school and is not accredited.

Printed novelty certificate orders & refunds

Ordering shows two separate confirmations that you understand you are purchasing a novelty certificate for personal self-enrichment with no academic merit, then opens our shop on Etsy, an independent marketplace, where your name, shipping address, and payment are entered. Because each novelty certificate is custom-printed with your name, all sales are final — no refunds on custom printed items, except if an item arrives damaged.

1. Nature of the service

StoneBreak Learning provides self-paced content for personal enrichment only. It is not a school, is not accredited or licensed, and does not qualify participants for employment. It awards no diplomas, degrees, or academic credit, holds no graduation ceremonies, and offers no financial aid. We do not guarantee any skill, outcome, job, or income.

2. Completion records (novelty keepsakes)

Records of completion are keepsakes only. A printed novelty certificate is a novelty commemorative keepsake with no official or legal weight. You may describe a record only as completion of a StoneBreak Learning personal-enrichment program, and may not present it as a degree, diploma, license, or accredited or professional certification. We may revoke a record that is misused and assume no liability for misrepresentation by users.

3. Printed novelty certificate sales

Printed novelty certificates are optional physical goods sold and fulfilled outside the app through our shop on Etsy, an independent marketplace. All sales are final; no refunds on custom printed items except where an item arrives physically damaged.

4. Educational content only — no professional advice

All content is for general educational purposes only. Health material is not medical, dietary, or mental-health advice; money material is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser. Always consult a licensed professional and decide at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

All content and software are owned by StoneBreak Learning LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app and content are provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to hold StoneBreak Learning LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or misrepresentation of a completion record.

8. Arbitration, class waiver & governing law

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Florida, with a waiver of class actions, to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by Florida law.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your local age of majority) to use the app or purchase merchandise.
